Az egyszerű forró csokoládé receptje: 8 dl tej, 2 dl tejszín, 1 vaníliás cukor, 1 evőkanál cukor, 20 dkg magas százalékú étcsokoládé, csipet só, őrölt fahéj, tejszínhab és csoki reszelék. A tejszínt, csipet sót és a vaníliás cukrot összekeverjük és kislángon melegítjük. Az apróra tört csokit egy bögre tejjel addig melegítjük, míg krémes állagú nem lesz, közben persze kevergessük is. Aztán megolvasztott csokit hozzáadjuk a tejszínhez és főzzük tovább. A végén beletesszük a fahéjat és turmixgéppel habosra keverjük és tálalhatjuk. Tehetünk rá tejszínt és egy kis csoki reszeléket, díszítésképpen. Elkészíthető még más ízben is, mint például: rumosan, chilis-gyömbéresen, ír módon (whisky-vel) és mogyorókrémesen is. Szóval a saját szánk íze szerint válogathatunk a bátrabbak kipróbálhatják a chilis-et is, felerősíti a csoki ízét. Mindenképpen magas százalékú étcsokoládéval készítsük el, mert így kapjuk meg a várva várt végeredmény és az egészségünknek is jót tesz, hiszen a magas kakaótartalom csökkenti a vérnyomást, gazdag a vitamin tartalma plusz nem tartalmaz zsírt.
